2-Day Replacement Policy:

You may request a replacement for any product purchased from Rivara.in within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe handling.

  • Imitation jewelry must be returned unworn and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.

Initiating a Replacement:

  • Please provide your order number, reason for replacement, and images of the product (if applicable) for faster processing.

Replacement Process:

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup of the item from your provided address.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may need to send the item back to the address provided by our team.

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Store Credit Option:

  • Instead of a replacement, you may opt for store credit for the returned item.

  • The store credit can be used to purchase any other product from Rivara.in.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be replaced or converted to store credit unless defective or damaged.

  • Items purchased during promotional events or clearance sales may have special conditions, communicated at the time of purchase.
